Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Liv Free, including massage therapy for small animals and equines. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment details will be provided via email after booking confirmation.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment and can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking if preferred.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance at the time of the appointment may result in cancellation of future services.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made with more than 5 working days’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.

  • Cancellations made within 5 working days of the appointment: Your deposit may be used for an alternative date, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Full payment will be due, unless Liv Free is able to fill the appointment slot. This is subject to discretion.

  • In the case of a no-show or late cancellation (within 48 hours), no refund of the deposit will be provided, and full payment may be required.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate alternative dates, but this may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • In cases where an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Liability

  • Liv Free takes the utmost care in handling your animal during massage therapy. However, Liv Free cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, or condition that occurs before, during, or after treatment unless it is proven to be a result of negligence.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate information regarding your animal’s health and any pre-existing conditions. Liv Free is not responsible for any undisclosed issues that may affect the outcome of the treatment.

5. Health and Safety

  • All animals must be in good health before receiving massage therapy. If your animal is sick, injured, or recovering from surgery, please inform Liv Free at the time of booking.

  • Liv Free reserves the right to refuse or cancel a session if the animal appears unwell or if the conditions for providing safe and effective care are not met.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Liv Free is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be used solely for managing appointments and communicating with you regarding services.

7. Website Usage
