Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment details will be sent via email once your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance can be paid in person on the day of your appointment, either in cash or via bank transfer. If you prefer, full payment can be made at the time of booking. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 5 working days' notice. Your deposit may be applied to an alternative date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will require full payment, unless the appointment can be filled. This is subject to Liv Free’s discretion. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate alternative dates, but this is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Other Terms: Liv Free reserves the right to amend or adjust these terms at any time. All bookings are subject to the latest terms and conditions available at the time of your booking.
